« The walk to the station was about 9 minutes but besides that the room was great. It supplied every need. I asked the wife how long the hotel had been opened since everything was like new but she didn’t know. Everything comes with remote control including heated floors and was very modern. I was impressed. If you are looking for a VERY comfortable stay in Nikko this is the choice. »

« 子ども連れには、最高のホテルでした。周辺のテーマパークにも車で5 、6分程度とかなりアクセスも良かったです。調理器具ももう豊富で、コンビニで買ってきたものを温める等、簡単な料理には困りませんでした。プロジェクターを子供たちはとても喜んでました。お風呂、水回りもとても清潔で快適な旅でした。また、ぜひ泊まりたいです。キッチンペーパーはあったんですが、少なかったので予備も置いておいていただけると助かりました。 »

« The property itself was comfortable and clean but the reality is the person who owns this place is.......weird and stuck in his ways Have your wits about you when dealing with this guy it came across like i was a walking ATM for him Kinugawaonsen is a beautiful place and has provided many epic memories but as mentioned keep Yukka at arms length and you will be ok 👌✌️ »

« We had a fantastic stay at this Ratuken property! The fit out of the projector in the bedroom, and the comfortable furniture make this a very comfortable stay for two. It would easily handle more people. It's a sizeable apartment. The private semi-outdoor onsen/bath with artificial minerals is a fantastic touch. Very relaxing! It's a short walk from town and there are convenience stores nearby. Highly recommended! »

« The room itself was very nice, and it worked well for our family of 4. Everything is new, and the space is stylishly designed, which is sometimes hard to find in smaller towns in Japan. The challenge is the property is a 10-15 minute walk, along a main road, to any restaurant or cafe, etc. There's a 7-11 nearby, but apart from that, you're alongside a busy road and a highway off-ramp ... and not much else. If you have a car, this is no issue. But for us, with two young kids, and of course...
