« I was away for work and my fiancees nan had passed away the day before my travel so she joined me for a few days on this trip. The first evening was lovely and sunny and we went and watched the sunset and had tea out, when returning to the cabin we found the other cabins were now hosting guests. We had a nice evening and went to sleep, we were then woken at 5am by the most horrific argument we had ever heard that went on for a full 90 minutes between the crack heads that had booked the other two...

Highly recommend the breakfast hamper, the food was delicious with proper, yellow yolked, eggs! Our kids loved seeing the alpacas, chickens, guinea pigs, ducks and the glamping element. « We had our family (all 19 of us) holiday in 3 tents at Kittisford Barton. It's a great, out of the way location. The tents are very comfortable and servisable. We appreciated having hot water in the shower and for washing up, and a toilet. We loved having no electricity, just candles and lamps. And the hot tubs were a great asset. Martin, the site manager was very welcoming, friendly and helpful, if needed. We would absolutely recommend glamping here :) I'm sure we'll be back sometime... »

« My girlfriend, our dog, and I had a lovely stay in the Shepherd’s Shed. The views from both the shed and the balcony were amazing, and the cozy hot tub was perfect for the cold November nights. Once we got it up to temperature, it stayed hot for ages, so we even enjoyed a couple of morning dips! The Shepherd’s Shed is in the perfect location for exploring North Devon!! we went on some great walks and also enjoyed plenty of peace and quiet, which was exactly what we needed after a busy few...

But this was quickly resolved by contacting the owners, who were friendly and responded quickly to messages. Overall the accommodation was great, spacious and very quiet.
