« Excellent communication and instructions. Apartment was warm and welcoming on arrival with Christmas decorations, hamper, and a bottle of wine chilling, all very much appreciated. Clean, tastefully decorated and spacious, we were very comfortable. Great location for shops, restaurants, and exploring Teignmouth. Car park carries any time after 4pm to the next day meaning you don't have to go out early to get another ticket. Made for a perfect stay. »

« Poor facilities. One bathroom had cracked sink and bath and shower not usable. Bad smell of damp on lower floors. Query whether some furnishings/bedding/pillows/cushions contained feathers as one of party heads severe allergic reaction(had to cut short our stay) beds not made on arrival-stained mattress and protector, no hand towels in bathrooms, no free-view as stated, lack of curtain in one bedroom, loose handrail on approach exterior front steps, cigarette butts on front terrace. « My son and I found this to be the ideal home-from-home for our short fossil hunting trip. Perfectly located between Charmouth and Lyme Regis with everything we needed for a self-catering break. The host communication was excellent throughout too. The accommodation was clean, cosy and comfortable. Would definitely return. »
