« The check-in process was terrible. We never got any check-in information or any info about our keys. When we got there, the property was locked, the host wasn’t answering any calls and we had to stand outside for a while until we started banging on the door loudly and a construction worker opened the door. « Im großen und ganzen war alles ziemlich akzeptabel, jedoch war zum Beispiel der Duschabfluss verstopft, den wir selbst gereinigt haben. Außerdem war die Waschmaschinentür defekt (wahrscheinlich schon seit langer Zeit) und in einem der Schlafzimmer gab es starken Farbgeruch. Die Hausnummer ist auf Expedia leider falsch angegeben. Dadurch war der Check-In etwas kompliziert. »

« Choix d'un logement pour 4 personnes à proximité de la frontière germano tchèque. Appartement propre, au calme dans une station de montagne à 1000 m d'altitude. Literie bonne, même si le matelas était un peu dur. Kitchenette dans l'entrée avec plaque vitrocéramique, un peu limite si vous voulez cuisiner davantage qu'un petit déjeuner. Nous n'y avons passé que 2 nuits, à l'occasion d'un festival de musique en République Tchèque. L'appartement et son emplacement correspondaient bien à nos...

"Comfortable hotel with friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. The only negative point is how to reach the hotel. I received detailed information but it sadly needs revising. The pedestrian guide just does not work. I tried to walk to the hotel but went astray after terminal 1. When I asked in a café, the staff expressed surprise that I was even trying. Just take a bus to U Hangaru. I did and expected to find the hotel--as they claimed--"right in front of the hotel" This is just not true. In front of the bus stop is an office building. I went in and was told that the hotel was some 200 yards down the side of the office building. It is, but it is totally invisible from the bus stop. The Holiday Inn sign is small and was not lit up (I arrived at dusk) and I was left wondering what "right in front of the hotel" means. It certainly gives guests the (false) impression that the hotel is easy to find. But it is not. "200 yards down the side of the office building opposite the bus stop" would be much clearer and more honest."
