"A conveniently situated hotel (close to trams and metro and a large shopping centre) not far from the old town. The breakfast was copious and varied. I booked two premium rooms for a friend and myself supposedly equipped with a "minibar approvisionné en articles gratuits". In fact there was nothing more than two 250ml bottles of water! Moreover the minibar itself was so shallow that only a very few small cans and bottles could be placed there. A bowl of salad would certainly not fit! Basically the minibar was neither use nor ornament. The premium room hardly lived up to its name. The hotel has a room for left luggage which the reception staff can open. Unfortunately, the room was often opened and left open while the receptionist went back to clients at the desk. Anyone could come and go. A notice inside the room says the hotel declines all responsibility for the luggage left there. In other words, the hotel does not really offer a left luggage service."
