« The house was very clean and the bathroom was very nice and spacious. The owner made entering the house and locking it very easy and accessible. The towels were clean and did not have any weird smells to them. The location from the train station was not too bad averaging about 13 minutes away from each station near by. There were many shops nearby for people to get food and snacks. Highly recommend for those that don’t mind walking and exploring. »

« Our family of five adults had a wonderful 5 night stay in Shinjuku! The home was spacious and set in a very quiet neighborhood, which made it the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring. « The location was perfect. We were about three minutes from the local subway station and were able to connect easily to get around Tokyo to all of our desired locations. The Japanese BBQ restaurant immediately around the corner was fantastic. Service and food were amazing there as well. The management was very responsive and provided for all of our basic needs. « Avoid this property at all costs! It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. The owner offered another location which was in Shinjuku, which is on the opposite of the city. This was a terrible...

« Staff was very accommodating allowing us to leave our luggage early before check in as we were already in Tokyo, we really appreciated our stay here as it had lots of room to spread out and was clean. »
