« Had a two night stay to attend a wedding at a nearby venue. Excellent choice »

« Fabulous property. Gorgeous decor. Loved the big sofas to relax in. Liked the art work on the walls. Great to have magazines to read with complimentary tea/coffee and biscuits/ cake.Very good breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Highly recommend. »

« The room was very clean and comfortable, and the owners friendly and accommodating. The property was strategically located for our activities, including Sandringham, Houghton Hall and Gardens, and the Hunstanton through to Wells Next to the Sea area. It was convenient to our ancestral homes in Swaffham and Deopham. Went to the Samphire just over 1/2 mile down the road for a nice dinner. Picked up a few items at the shop across the street. Met some friendly couples at breakfast. »

« Nice warm welcome, room was better than we expected at the price, Hot drinks available in room , parking next to room, tv with sky, but only watched the bbc news, Breakfast was excellent nicely cooked, nothing was too much trouble as I went slightly off menu, good price. bar in the evening had a nice friendly crowd in, overall a very good place to stop »
