« The host did not know when we are checking in or checking out. We have been leaving messages in Expedia over an hour before and after 3 pm checkin asking for the access instructions to the house at the location of the facility. The kitchen was dirty with ants crawling around the floor. The living room A/C and "master bedroom" water heater don't work. We have to clean out the slimy defrosted water and tray that has been left there for days from the refrigerator before restarting the unit. »
