« The whole place was spotless The host was extremely obliging. The shared kitchen had all the necessary bits and pieces. A microwave would have been very handy. It was difficult to get to on foot,I would recommend a small transport, maybe auto rickshaw. The stay is serene and well away from the hustle and bustle. The beach is walking distance through a winding path. If you want peace and quiet ,then I would definitely recommend this place »

« Spotlessly clean hotel, attentive staff nothing is a problem. Room fine, A/C and ceiling fan , TV which you can access Prime and Netflix if you have an account. Wet room shower with plenty of hot water, some rooms have balconies, so check when booking.Complimentary breakfast was freshly prepared and excellent. « We stayed at Hotels Umaiyyal Home Stay for 3 nights. The rooms are very good and spacious. They were tidy and well-maintained. However, during our stay, the lifts were not operational. We were allocated a room on the 3rd floor, so we had to use the stairs for two days. The staff here is not proactive; they wait until we complain, and follow-up is required.
