« 全てにおいて不便なく、贅沢な宿泊をさせていただきました。 建物は伝統があり、少し古さも感じられますが、内装も綺麗にリフォームされておるようで、大浴場も清潔感があります。 屋上で松島ビューが観られます。 食事は、夜は提携レストラン、朝は館内レストランのビュッフェをいただきました。提携レストランは、チェックイン時に申し出れば予約とクルマでの送迎をしてくださいます。松島自慢の美味しい食材を使ったご飯を、味、量、金額全てにおいて満足にいただけます。宿泊でなくとも使えそうなので、松島再訪の折にはランチも食べてみたいです。 朝食ビュッフェも、地元食材をふんだんに使った美味しいお料理の数々。 温泉は人工ですが、露天風呂の温度も丁度よく、朝晩2回浸かっちゃいました。 チェックインからアウトまで、スタッフの皆様おもてなしが大変行き届いており、泊まって良かったです。 »

"We stayed 6 nights. The room was regular size for japanese hotels. We had a queen bed, the mattress was comfy but the comforter was super thin, I was disappointed because usually, in Japan, comforters are always big and fluffy. There was no disturbing noises from the streets or from the hallway. There’s 4 washing machines where you can pay with coins or with an app which was convenient for us. We tried the lunch buffet and it was very good : cooked on the spot and many delicious desserts. Overall we had a great stay at The One Five."
