« Appartement très confortable, équipé et entretenu. Bien situé, dans un quartier sympa, facile d'accès (30 min à pieds, 10 min en tram). Côté hygiène, l'appartement est relativement propre cependant quelques détails pourraient être améliorés : trouvé un coton de tige dans la poubelle de la sdb et toilettes légèrement encrassés dans le fond. Par contre, pas d'accueil, on reçoit les clefs par boîte électronique à l'entrée et pas de consigne à bagages néanmoins il existe une consigne à la gare. »

« Perfect apartment for our stay in Bern. Quiet location, despite being right by many sights, about 10 minute walk to train station. There is a nice restaurant and a bakery steps away from the main entrance to the building. Decorated beautifully with old and new accents. Books, travel guides in the flat are nice touch. « First - We can’t say enough good about Martin! His communication and help was excellent our entire visit.The apartment was a great place to stay. Everything was very clean! There were detailed information sheets explaining everything. The beds were comfy! There were various snacks he left for us to enjoy. It even came with free parking for our car & train tickets to visit Bern. Our stay here was wonderful! We’d highly recommend Martin’s place! »

« The hosts were great! Very friendly and helpful.The property is really nice. It was more space than I was picturing with the listing and it was very comfortable. There are three separate spaces for people to be/hang out outside of the rooms, which worked really well for our family of 9. Parking was easy, and finding the place was also easy. « I was very happy with this apartment. It was clean, spacious and very well-equipped, even a teapot, which as a tea drinker I appreciated. The main room and balcony have a view of the mountains and the apartment is very light and airy. It's on the fourth floor with a lift that opens directly into the apartment. There is are 3 frequent trams very close by that take you into the city centre in around 10 minutes, also a small supermarket across the road. Franziska arranges for you to get a Bern card...

"Bon accueil en anglais, pas de réceptionnaire francophone dans cette partie de Suisse. Situé sur une aire d'autoroute propre bénéficiant de restauration et fast food ( tarif cher) . L'hôtel et son parking est agréable, chambre propre par contre on cherche toujours comment ouvrir le store volet extérieur pour de la clarté. pas de clim mais ventilo, la salle de bain est impeccable. Petit déjeuner varié, seul œufs dur, pas d'oeufs brouillé ou lard grillé, Viennoiseries et boissons chaudes variées. à 10kms du centre de Lucerne pour une visite escale sur la route des vacances ce fût agréable. Le prix et la taxe locale sont excessifs en Suisse même pour un hôtel dit abordable. Il y a pas moins cher de toute façon aux abords de Lucerne."
