« Wow this Tuscan Villa is amazing as well as the one also in Whangamatā. The moment you walk in the door it has a wow factor. Four great bedrooms a kitchen made for a michalen chef with all the cooking facilities you need and a huge fridge/freezer. The sporting activities and games you can play on the beautiful lawn right by the little stream. A lot of bird life especially wood pigeons. A great place to celebrate a bit birthday 70th. Have already recommended to family and friends. »

« Large living spaces in this house, made getting ready for the wedding, easier for our bride & her 5-bridesmaids. Our driving distance to the wedding venue (KauriBay Boomrock Clevedon) was free of motorway traffic-troubles. Hotwater had to be turned on at external water tank. No shoes allowed to be worn inside helps keeps flooring cleaner. Floor tiles highly polished. One issue was, the property appeared to Not have been recently vacuumed (dead flies around).
