« Bonjour, réservation dans l'urgence de cet appartement où je ne remettrai plus les pieds. Premier point : il a fallu se "bagarrer" avec un pseudo propriétaire pour avoir la clé du portail pour rentrer mon véhicule. Second point : Pluie importante le lendemain de mon arrivée et pendant trois fois lors du séjour, je constate une fuite avec l'eau de pluie qui arrive dans la chambre. Je le signale, et le propriétaire promet de faire intervenir un couvreur sur le champ. Le couvreur n'est jamais...

« In my over 20 years working booking via Expedia, I have never seen anything like I experienced with White Stone last night. They did not have my booking and were not expecting me. Long and short, I roamed outside for several hours into midnight and beyond, until I found a place. Lots of calls on international roaming, with taxi prices going up at midnight. Even Expedia could not help with a replacement Expedia, please refund my money writ to points used, thank you Whitestone must be deleted...
