Morning chaos at 6 am from kitchen because my room was adjacent. Loud noises from kitchen woke me up at 6-6.30 am. May be you can get only this in this price in gurgaon. Otherwise staff is courteous. »

« Avoid this hotel. It appears to operate under another name, Hotel Dream View. The room and common areas were not clean, and the overall hygiene standards were poor.
The staff was unhelpful and rude throughout the check-in process. Despite having a confirmed booking, I was asked to pay nearly twice the booked amount in cash, which was completely unacceptable. When I questioned the extra charge, the staff responded unprofessionally and were unwilling to assist.

« The staff and owner are very friendly and helpful.
The room is decent, not like any 3 star hotel, but good enough to stay near RGCIRC hospital.
Also, has wifi and hot water support. Bed is comfy.

« We stayed for a night on transit from the airport.
Nice spacious rooms & friendly service.
The room service dinner was very good, also enjoyed the all-veg breakfast, freshly cooked parotta, hot milk & spicy chai etc..
Bathroom was nice & clean, plenty of shower water, but would been better if the hot water temperature was little higher...
