« This property is in an excellent location for visiting the Historical Naval Yards and related attractions. The property was very clean and quiet. My only "complaint" is that the washer-dryer machine took several hours per load. I strongly recommend staying here! »

« Manque d'information lors de l'arrivée à l'hôtel, car il faut appeler le numéro sur la pancarte en façade, pour connaître le code et obtenir sa clé qui donne accès à l'appartement. À par ça très bel espace bon appartement manque un peu de propreté au niveau des sanitaires. Mais très bonne impression lors de l'arrivée. »

« Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples. The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. I thougt it was an oversight but it created unintended inconvenience, besides making the foot/floor bathroom towel too wet too soon. This should be an easy fix...

« We loved it here. It was clean safe and secured.It was a short walk or quick bus ride to the Town centre. Very close to the train station. Nice night life with the locals. »

« It's conveniently located with plenty of affordable dining options and markets nearby. It's a nice 30-minute stroll to the city center or to the Thames River. The 2 bedroom place itself was nicely remodeled. The city could do a better job maintaining the sidewalks. »

« Lovely place, we stayed for 4 nights. Everything you could possibly imagine was in the Studio. Very comfortable bed as well. »

« I stayed more than 2 weeks in Wellington House. 5-10 minutes to town center / shopping mall, restaurants, very convenient. The apartment is clean, cozy, modern, spacious and very new. Fully equipped kitchen. The staff response by WhatsApp is really fast(thanks to the staff, called Levi). However, one bad thing, my room was just next to the main door in the ground floor, everyone go through the main door will trigger the door closing noise. And I heard quite a number of people press the door...

« It was perfect for what we were after. A night in Southampton before getting an early ferry. Location for that. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Really helped make the stay. Only thing we would change would be a fan in the room, as widows didn't open much to get air flow. That said it was one of the hottest nights of the year. »

« property just down rd from the hard. Hard to find without prior knowledge. Entry was difficult becuase the entry system at first took a lot of doing. It is on a safe system that needs imput from the owners and a no to get the small safe to drop and reveal the key to apt. Not able to get TV or internet until landlady came on sun morning. Phone conversation was not good at all. Frequently breaking down when asking questions. No instructions at all in apt to get started. No hot water...
