« We had an issue with our Bircham lodge which was no reflection on the lodge. It had everything you would need for a break. We ended up staying in an Oxburgh which was lovely and clean and roomy. The team were so helpful. We will definitely return. »

« Lovely luxurious lodge. Bright and airy. The view is beautiful. Great little hot tub. Would definitely stay again. The site facilities were great. The lodge although clean on the surface definitely needs a deep clean. The cooker hood was very dusty, maybe from the ongoing building works but covered in a thick layer of dust. Also the pillows have no protective covers. Unfortunately the bathroom attached to the master bedroom has a leak and the door frame and carpet badly damaged. I did flag...
