« We would highly recommend a stay at Moorhens Rest. The check in process was smooth and the house itself was fitted to a high standard with everything you could need. Situated by the lake, it provided a lovely view to wake up to and we enjoyed walks around the lake every evening. There is plenty to do for all of the family with access to a range of facilities on site including a games room and tennis courts. We very much look forward to staying again in the future. »

« Communication and check in very good .Property was freezing on arrival - heating all off, once on it was much warmer ! Quite dusty and all glasswork light fittings smeared. Rest of house , bedding and towels very clean.Hot tub very exposed , so didn’t use as much but lively when we did. Lots of work being done on other peripheries and gardeners cutting grass and leaf blowing , so not relaxing on the 2 days we spent outside .Views beautiful and lots of local stuff to do.Make sure you book...
