« Gorgeous views from the property! The unit had everything we needed for the week and communication was seamless. Very careful! Two condo complexes next to each other. With VERY similar names. This one is North one more complex! Otherwise, fantastic stay. It was nice to be away from all the noise of the main town yet just a golf cart ride away if we wanted to be part of the hub bub. »

« The property was excellent. My dissatisfaction is with VRBO, we were not informed that there would be daily construction happening at our property and that the pool bar would be closed during our stay. Almost every day of our vacation we had to endure the excruciating sound of chain saws, we would leave the resort daily to avoid the construction. Also lack of response, Prior to our vacation I sent three emails to the provided email address asking for advice on water taxi’s and golf cart rentals...

« Overall, our stay at The Landings at Tres Cocos was a 10/10! We loved every part of it. Brittany and Mike were incredibly helpful throughout the entire trip. They helped with booking our golf carts and excursions and it was so easy for us to go with the flow. Location is perfect with a coffee shop and supermarket right there. Coco Locos is near the property, too- awesome drinks, food, people, swim up bar, etc… We highly recommend our stay and can’t wait to come back! »

« Casa Magdaluz provided an immersive experience beyond all. The beach house was adequately furnished with all that we needed, and a first day challenge with water pressure was solved by Jaime's Sparky, family covering while Jaime was away. « The 3 bedroom condo was very spacious and comfortable for the 3 couples. All the appliances were good quality and the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils needed for cooking, opening bottles, etc. »

« We did enjoy our stay. Overall the resort is great! Staff are amazing. We rented a golf cart and didn't mind the drive into San Pedro despite the rough patches and potholes in the roads. We just considered it part of the adventure. We just had a few issues within the unit. We had to have housekeeping help with padding the mattress. It is very hard and has no cushion left. « This is a very nice unit, plenty of space and has everything inside that you would need. Location is excellent. The property manager was super and always replied back when we had a question or concern.The only “bummer” of our stay was construction on a next door building, a lot of noise going on during the work hours. If you’re thinking of booking here check with them first about how long this will continue, looks like they’ve got a while to go. »
