« Absolutely incredible beautiful property and very great communication with the host. The area felt very safe to walk lots of transport options. We really love the coffee pods that were available. That mattress was probably the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on. I'm seriously going to buy one now that I'm home. I truly cannot say enough good things. »

« This is a fantastic property to stay for a visit to DC. The location is on a beautiful residential street and is very walkable to restaurants and shops. We felt very safe in the area, and transportation to the tourist spots was easy from here. The home is very comfortable and stylish, great beds and bathrooms. We appreciated the extra touches such as Nespresso and cupcakes from the owners’ bakery. Owners are very responsive and helpful. Thanks again for a great stay! »

« Comms with host prior to arrival (indeed right from booking the previous year) were excellent, so helpful. House exactly as described and met our needs fully. Location couldn't be better, one minute walk to local bus, only 5 minutes walk to Union Station. Food markets, restaurants, bars, hair salons etc all very close by. Our favourite was The Boiling Crab! We'd definitely recommend this property and host, and would happily stay again! Thank you, Rosevelt! »

« We really liked the property and location. I had never been in this area of DC and it is very charming. We used Uber a lot simply because it was so hot our time here. Walking would be fine for us given a heatwave break. We cooked a few dinners and breakfasts right here which saved a lot of money. The bed is comfortable and the AC was good, thankfully! »

« We had a lovely stay when we came to visit our daughter who is attending American University. The location was perfect--close to the Metro stop, a grocery store, and in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The host sent us great communication to make check-in and check-out easy, and provided tons of great area information. Hope we'll have a chance to stay here again! Would recommend! »
