« The house was lovely, location perfect and presented clean and stocked well with appliances and essentials in the pantry. The only issue was the gutters and spouting-we had a bit of rain and many are blocked and growing weeds. Ie in some places the water was overflowing g like waterfalls. Also we think you have birds or rats in the ceiling of two top bedrooms. We have a similar problem in our pitched roof. »
