« We spent one night and wished we could have stayed more. So beautifully presented , spotlessly clean and homely. The beds were super comfortable and lovely linen. Plenty of heating within the home. Everything you needed in the kitchen. Great location too. There was only two of us but this could easily accommodate a family too. We will definitely rebook next time we’re in Dunedin. »

« The communication and entertainment (tv) were an issue. We couldn’t get Netflix of YouTube to connect and the hosts were not overly helpful or communicative in the process. Also the front porch light was out. AND there were dry pee stains on the downstairs toilet seat. It was obviously not cleaned before our stay. The location, view and everything else was excellent however. »
