Unfortunately this property is not one of those.The listing mentions the house has quirks that come with old age and mentions it is well maintained.Instead there’s cracks in the windows, the front right bedroom has a smell of mold in the corner and there are sharp edges in the bathroom due to that the floor is cracked and broken.The house is also noisy and not peaceful as mentioned in the listing and was dusty, couches...

« Clean, tidy and warm house, that gave our family enough room to be together and separate as needed. Short walks to shops and the waterfront, so well situated. There were a couple of things we missed that I thought would be standard, like dishcloths and a coffee plunger in the kitchen (we bought one), and games/jigsaws in the living room. Can I also suggest a refresh of the dreadful artwork in the house, which is reminiscent of garage sale leftovers; and that the very scruffy garden swing seat be...

« Great location. Garage was a boon! (Just make sure you have a smallish car as it can be a bit tight). Loved the quirkiness of the place, the back yard privacy, convenience of everything. The owners certainly take pride in this place. Veranda great for sitting on a lazy arvo in the warmth. Would stay here again for sure »

« Outside windows were stained and covered with cobwebs, gatden needs some trimming so you can enjoy the view. No wifi network at all. Cobwebs and spiders all through the inside and very dusty. Sticky surfaces. This place really needed a good clean. Location was beautiful and only took a small walk to get into town. We had booked for two nights but only atayed one. Definitely wish we had booked somewhere else. »

« Had everything you need I suppose. Warm and clean.Lovely views and outlook. Piles under middle of house need some attention. Seems everything in the world is overpriced now, but I say it is a 200 a night room with a 200 a day view, so I guess it tracks. Overall good stay with 4 days of inclement weather. »
