« Well appointed and tastefully decorated room with everything I needed and a few more lovely elegant touches. The shared bar and lounge with a sparkling pool were lovely to relax in. Breakfast was top notch and well priced. Great security. I would stay here again »

« A great place to stay when in the area. A lot of good looking BnBs in the small town - and this one did not disappoint. Has a self catering kithen area. We did not eat here - but ate nearby at the RANCH which was recommended to us - very good service there too. »

« Buccara was awesome - a stunning and really peaceful location. Martiné was really helpful and set us up with a lovely braai pack. We were fortunate that being a quiet time - we had the entire manor to ourselves. A major suggestion would be to have a viewing deck down at the river so we could sit and have a sun downer looking at the game and birds in the river. « I was pleasantly surprised during our last visit to the Hotel. We used it as a halfway stop on the way back from Kimberly. The front-of-house was very friendly, good vibe in the restaurant/pub and the food was very good. One does have to realise it is a "vintage" hotel and if you would be so inclined, one could find fault everywhere. But I will definitely return again. The bedding was excellent and the bed massive!
