« Support was the only good thing, there was no heating , windows weren't properly tight, wind was blowing inside the chalet. Bathroom had a foul smell , blinds were broken... And the list goes on and on... 2 stars instead of 1 star because the support was good, but maintenance team is very bad . »

« I wouldn’t recommend this property. The electrical setup is a mess; the power shuts off constantly, and I was told not to use the electricity too much. I couldn't even use the washing machine, yet I still got a 400 extra charge. Also, the lift is rarely working. Even though they said it would only be down for a few hours a day, it was off most of the time, so expect to carry your luggage up 3 levels of stairs. »
