« The room was very dirty and dusty with stains on the bedsheets. There was no instructions to bring your own towels online and then no information sheets in the rooms. I rung the number for help and she was very condescending saying that there was an information sheet in my room that would “answer all my questions” despite her supposedly being there if we needed any help and there was infact NO information sheet in our room. The shower drain was also leaking so we had to use our towels to soak it...

« I liked the whole security of the place and the little kettle with condiments offered. I didn't like how there was only 1 flat pillow the stains on the carpets were not great and the walk to the reception especially when the sat back doesn't take you anywhere near is ridiculous. Reception should be close to the accomodation in my opinion. None the less the staff were really helpful with directions and very welcoming »
