« As a family of four this Villa hit all of our buttons and did disappoint. It was the perfect size and had wonderful amenities that made our stay a wonderful experience. The place was very well maintained. The only negative would be finding the villa per the directions - they state it’s in Complex A but there’s no such thing as this and it’s actually Phase 1. But apart from that mishap we had a wonderful time and everything was close by in terms of beaches and restaurants. »

« Villa is modern and well equipped although the bedrooms are small, adequate for us as a couple, or perhaps a small family but two couples would be cramped. The photos don't show that there is now a street of villas directly behind, which are almost finished and several of which will have a clear view of the pool, garden and into all rooms at the rear of the villa unless the blinds are closed! Also the low walls between villas means there is very little privacy from the villas either side, and...

« We stayed in Villa Elite in July. The photos don’t do the property justice; it is much bigger than the pictures show with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Vast grounds and stunning views. Secluded but not totally isolated. Being set back in the hills, there was a gorgeous breeze while lazing around the pool in the hot temperatures. Car hire recommended. It’s about a 5 min drive to Protaras Beach, but too far to walk due to the hill and heat. Highly recommend! »

« Villa was near clean and tidy with the extra bonus of a further clean after the first week stay. The cleaner that attended did an excellent and efficient job of changing bed linen, towels and overall cleaning of the villa. »

« This villa is just perfect for a relaxing holiday with everything you need and more. We received a lovely welcome from the owner who’s communication was brilliant from the minute we booked. Extra touches like the wine & foods when we arrived were very kind. We loved the pool & garden area which has a lovely bbq and plenty of seating areas to just sit back & chill. « Had an amazing holiday, the villa had absolutely everything we needed for a great stay. Pool area lovely and beds and sofa comfy. 3 nice sized bedrooms one with a shower so our 3 teenagers had the whole of the upstairs to themselves. Outdoor toilet was a bonus so didn’t need to go inside with wet feet! Walking distance to some great restaurants and supermarkets and a 10 min walk to the beach. Check in and check out super easy with instructions from the owner. Good Wi-Fi too. Would definitely...
