« We had a wonderful & comfortable stay. Great location and the host was very attentive. The neighborhood streets are narrow and sometimes difficult for Uber/taxis to get to the unit however a short walk to a main street is all thats needed to get on your way. »

« Avoid this property at all costs! It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. The owner offered another location which was in Shinjuku, which is on the opposite of the city. This was a terrible...

« Nice location. Near from metro station and walkable distance to Asakusa area. Perfect place to big family. Everything was clean and tidy except quite old laundry machine. Some air freshener sprays at the toilet were empty. Hope to visit again! »

« This is a nice sized home. Convenient to the subway in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The bedrooms are very generously sized. There is plenty of room in the living and dining area. »

« The property is in a residential area so it is nice and quiet at night. Consequently, you need to be quiet yourself, but it makes for a perfect night time get away after busy days in the city. There are lots of restaurants in the area providing plenty of food options for lunch, dinner, or a late night snack. With heasy access to Hatsudai station, I highly recommended this stay as a home base for your Tokyo excursions. »

« 東京に住んでいる親戚と会うために利用しました。かなり良かったので、次回東京に行く際はまた利用したいと思いました。 ●外見は古いですが、中はリフォームしてあるのでキレイです。 ●施設前の道が意外と広く、人の乗り降り、荷おろしも余裕をもてた ●ウェルカムギフトがたくさん！こどもたちと喜ぶお菓子と、大人が喜ぶドリンク(アルコール)まで！ ●バスタオルも小さいタオルもたくさん置いてあるので安心 ●調理器具や食器も豊富にそろえてある ※京王線の近くで、電車の音が気になりました。が耳栓も置いてあり対策済でした。宿泊者とオーナーのやり取りするノートが置いてあり、宿泊者のメッセージにオーナーさんがちゃんと返信しており、オーナーさんへの信頼感が上がりました。 1泊だけでしたがとても気持ち良く利用させていただきました。ありがとうございました！ »

« We enjoyed our stay at the property, it’s in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located in central Tokyo. The best part is the host Shin, he’s resourceful and very willing to help and provide information about surrounding areas and travel tips. »

« Brilliant location and great looking house. The lounge on the middle floor was a great place to relax and reflect on a busy day. The neighborhood was very quiet, with interesting shops everywhere. Ice Cream, Cafes, Bars, and food of many types were a short 5 minute walk away in any direction, as well as 7-11s and Family Marts nearby for late night dashes. »

« My 25 year old daughter and I stayed for nine days and really enjoyed the whole experience. The house was clean and well set up. The location was amazing with access to lots of restaurants, supermarkets and Ikeburo Station just minutes away. Min was a great host and responded quickly to all our questions. Highly recommend. . »
