« L’appartement n’est pas en très bon état bien qu’il soit propre. Très bruyant, réveil à 1h du matin et 5h du matin par les autres résidents… il n’y a pas de rideau donc le soleil nous réveil également très tôt. Le lit n’est pas confortable donc nous ne passons pas une bonne nuit Le seul point positif est que l’appartement est bien placé »

« A fantastic place to stay in Tokyo close to Shinjuku. Well-designed flat that makes the absolut most of the space available. Nice balcony and well lit space. All the equipment needed is there and works flawlessly. I will stay there again. »

« We really liked the location. The hotel is close to Senso-Ji on one side and Sumida Park on the other side. Asakusa Station is a 5 minute walk away. The hotel does not accept forwarded luggage so we sent our luggage to a Yamamote location which is slightly less convenient but worked out fine. »

« Very close to Shinagawa train station and lots of places to eat and shopping at the nearby hotel. There is also limousine bus pick up spot to Narita Airport at the Prince Hotel nearby. Very convenient. »

« I brought my daughter to Tokyo to celebrate her high school graduation. We wanted to experience a real Japanese neighborhood and that is exactly what we got with this place. It is not fancy, but clean and exactly what we wanted! I will try to stay here again. »

« Loved the feel of the area. Conveniently located near two train lines. Local stores right around the corner. I would definitely stay here again. The apartment was small but it’s what I was expecting and served its purpose. Overall I was very satisfied with my time here. »

« Nice spacious modern room with comfortable beds, kitchen, large island, and roomy bathroom containing two sinks and laundry in the heart of Shibuya. Location was fantastic--only minutes from Shibuya crossing and station. We very much appreciated the wonderful customer service both at check-in (personless) and in changing our reservation. The only negative was the shower is quite tiny but was made up by the large, well-lit bathroom. »

« Tout se que l’on a besoin se trouve dans cet appartement . Machine à laver le linge , fer à repasser, planche à repasser un peu petite mais à le mérite d’y être. Dommage pas de petit four de cuisson . Pas de sommier pour le lit et donc matelas un peu juste . Pas d’ascenseur. Niveau qualité prix excellent. Bien situé près des commerces et restaurants. Appartement très confortable, au calme bien chauffé. »

« Appartement plutot excentré, il faut 45 min à peu pres pour rejoindre shinjuku /shibuya en transports. A part la situation géographique, les équipements sont au top ! La machine a laver est un plus dans cet appartement quand on reste plusieurs jours. Au niveau de l'isolation , on est dans le standard japonais , tres peu isolé,du coup , consommation excessive d energie. Cuisine fonctionnelle , salle de bain et wc egalement. Il y a du rangement , les lits sont plutot confort, Agréable séjour dans...

« We loved how spacious this property was for us. (Family of 4 who are pretty all on the taller side). The place felt like home right away. The elevator was quick and efficient, we felt safe and private. The place had a beautiful source of sunlight and illuminated our place with nice vibes. At night we heard the fire station a few times but it wasn’t that bad. And only other con is that the address provided is difficult to find for taxi drivers. There is no sign that says hotel re:once...
