« Staff was great. Breakfast was flawless, many options to choose from. Views are breathtaking. This is an upscale place and you can tell by its patrons. You can feel like royalty at this place. Manager was courteous enough to allow me a late check out due to an unforeseen matter. She didn’t hesitate. I appreciated her for that one. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. »

"J'ai du louer une autre chambre pour le sĂ©jour. 20 mn au tĂ©lĂ©phone avec un gĂ©rant qui affirmait que je m’étais trompĂ© de lieu malgrĂ© ma rĂ©servation sous le nez de la rĂ©ceptionniste. Par ailleurs, un hĂŽtel miteux Ă  dĂ©conseiller ABSOLUMENT!"
