« J’ai eu un problĂšme pour l’accĂšs au parking durant toutes les vacances . Lapplication du parking ne fonctionnait pas . Inutile de dire qu’il est impossible de trouver une place de stationnement en plein centre de JĂ©rusalem. Le propriĂ©taire a refusĂ© de payer une amende pour mauvais stationnement un soir oĂč je ne pouvais pas rentrer dans le parking Ă  cause de son dĂ©faut de stationnement. »

I immediately requested for the parking access card and they only responded: "we are working on a solution" - never solved it. We were fined twice, and they never responded. Some lights and hot water didnt work half the time. Our parking spot was given to someone else by the property owner. We had to use paid parking. The owner became unresponsive for days. Etc. »
