There is an order form to hang on your door for towels, toilet paper etc. We put it out in the morning and the next morning we still did not have what we needed. I called the front desk and the rude man yelled that he was by himself and I would have to come get what we needed. The breakfast was okay, nothing special, but since the hotel was full and they use real plates and cloth napkins rolled around silverware they could not keep up. There...

« The property was clean and maintained. The front desk was short staffed most of the time we were there, with a single person doing everything. The room had a weird odor, like cleaning products over a musty smell and the sheets felt damp. Maybe needing a good dehumidifier in the room. But overall, a comfortable 2 night stay. »

« Everything was great, the only exception was that the bathtub is very slippery. We are somewhat elderly. The excellent housekeeper promptly got us a bath mat for inside the tub. All we needed was a clean bed and clean bathroom and the room was up to expectations. We also enjoyed the breakfast every morning. We would stay there again. »

« We had a misunderstanding at check in about a deposit but was resolved the next morning. Pretty typical breakfast but the breakfast room was clean and neat. The breakfast attendant was very sweet and helpful. We thought our room had a soured smell maybe needed a air filter changed and the cleanliness of the room was okay not exceptional. »
