« 4th floor - no lift - horrible if you have multiple health issues as I do, definitely would not have booked if I'd known in advance I was going to be on the 4th floor. Extremely noisy road all through the night, I didn't sleep at all both nights. The bed was comfortable (but that doesn't matter if the noise keeps you awake!). Doesn't feel like a hostel. I think people were living there. I didn't find the staff (1 person at reception I dealt with) friendly at all, didn't give any information...
