Stay was great, only issue was hot tub was cold when arriving and pool table and cues were in poor condition (gauges in felt, missing tips on most cues, had to buy chalk).

The house was great! Plenty of space, beds and bathrooms for our group of 6. The pool table and hot tub were great as well. The location is central to several ski resorts and close to everything in Dillon. The check in process was easy and the management company was quick to reply to questions. We loved it and would absolutely stay there again if it is available.

Loved this place. It was big enough to feel not overcrowded with people. Wished the floors were cleaner. Had a little baby crawling but couldn’t find a mop to clean it ourselves. Everyone loved the hot tub and the extra little things for the kids to play with. Such as board games, cards, and snow sleds. The kitchen was beautiful. It was lacking a few things that we wished it had. Such as cooking utensils, spatulas, better knives (they were very dull-even after sharpened), better blender, and instant pot. There is a cabinet of leftover stuff each person left. Go and check what was left behind before you buy your groceries. The shower heads were horrible. It gave strong pressure but the water barely covered your body since the shower head was so small. Wished it had a handheld to help shower little ones too. There’s a basket of house slippers which we loved but we questioned if they were clean. The bottoms of the White slippers looked very dirty. We hope it’s washed after each guest departure. Besides that. We loved the house. Oh yeah, when turning into the driveway. It’s pretty steep. Make a U-turn and then try to plug it

Great house! There were 12 of us including 3 children age 3 and under. Every family had their own room and bathroom which was nice. The upstairs room that included the kitchen, living area and huge dining room table was open and fabulous. We were all able to be in there together and did not feel crowded. Outdoor views of the mountains were great! Close to many things. Great stay!

A home designed for a large group. 2 dishwashers, tons of kitchen supplies, pool table, giant table for dinner, tons of space to spread out. Great location on other side of tunnel and easy access to ski resorts. No elevator is awesome. Nobody else around is great. You have the hot tub to yourself. Best house I've rented up in Dillon

We stayed here during my husband’s celebration of life at the Lake Dillon. Several family members flew in, and this house was a perfect place for us to be together and enjoy each other’s company in the midst of grief. The spacious home allowed us to get together or find privacy and just “be” when we needed it. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed and having two dishwashers, a very large amount of dishware and a separate ice machine made eating-in easy. Communication with Stephanie was easy. A lovely property!

The property is as advertised. The kitchen, master bedroom and one additional bedroom as well as the common areas are upstairs. The deck (also upstairs) is amazing, we enjoyed morning coffee as well as afternoon happy hour in this space. The location is central to many areas and fishing at Dillon lake was a plus. Stephanie is great with communication and receptive to questions. Overall, this was an amazing place for a group of 70+ year olds to stay and reconnect.

All of us loved the house even the teenagers. The long table was a hit. The refrigerator was too small for 3 families but the 2 dishwashers was a plus. In the master bedroom my husband found a dirty pair of socks on his side of the bed. Couldn’t park in the garage cause there were small glass shards near the trash cans. Overall we had a nice stay and the view from the deck was absolutely wonderful.

Three families--6 adults and 5 children ages 6 and under--stayed for a long weekend to introduce the kids to skiing. It was a great time. The house was large and well-stocked. The owner was responsive and helpful. We did have a bit of trouble with the house. Safe entry to the hot tub was not available as it was frozen over. The hot tub cleaners also came at 7:30am on our check out date, rendering the hot tub unusable for the last few hours of our stay. The littles were very sad to not get one last dip in before we went on our way! The owner also asks you to print, sign and return an extra rental agreement in addition to the legal documents through VRBO. There were SEVERAL references to charging extra for things, being ousted from the home without being given money back, etc. I'm sure the rental agreement was for irresponsible renters; however, it made us so nervous that we texted them about several minor broken or unusable bits in the home immediately in order to avoid being charged for them as we left. It also asks you to wash all dishes and return them to the correct spot or be charged for your mistakes, yet there was no guide as to where to place items after use. The dishwasher takes a couple of hours to complete a cycle and checkout is at 10am, so this detail caused a bunch of stressed parents to hand wash a whole load of dishes while trying to feed kids, pack up, and get the house otherwise ready for check out. Location great, great setup. Overall great, thank you!

A great place for an extended family or group of friends. Centrally located close to everything in the Dillon/Frisco/Silverthorne area. Great views from the deck. There are two family room areas if you need a little space from each other as well. We would definitely stay again.
