    Bienvenue chez vous dans ce charmant condo de deux chambres au rez-de-chaussée à quelques pas du lac Dillon. Marcher jusqu'au centre-ville de Dillon facilement

    LE CLUB HOUSE EST EN CONSTRUCTION JUSQU’AU TÔT AOÛT. HOT TUB OU PISCINE DISPONIBLE DANS UN IMMEUBLE VOISIN.

    Ce charmant et abordable condo 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain a de nombreux équipements et est à quelques pas du lac Dillon. Le condo est situé au rez de chaussée et idéalement situé pour tout ce que le Haut Pays a à offrir et est à distance de marche de nombreux restaurants, bars et magasins de la région. Le condo est également à quelques pas du long chemin de récréation, du populaire Tiki Bar, d'un grand terrain de jeu et de l'ampithéâtre récemment rénové du port de plaisance de Dillon. Il y a un arrêt de navette gratuit à proximité qui vous mènera à de nombreuses destinations du comté de Summit, notamment les bassins d'Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, Breckenridge et Copper Mountain.

    Le condo dispose d'une cuisine bien équipée, d'un bar à petit-déjeuner, d'une table à manger pour 6 personnes. Le condo dispose de nombreux équipements, y compris une cheminée à bois, une grande télévision HD, de confortables meubles de salon, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et bien plus encore. La chambre principale a un lit king avec salle de bain privée et sa propre télévision HD. La deuxième chambre a un lit double et un lit superposé avec des lits jumeaux.
    Il y a aussi une grande terrasse privée avec barbecue et cadre paisible.

    Après une longue journée d’aventure, rien ne vaut le retour dans votre appartement et la possibilité de vous détendre devant le foyer au bois. Vous pouvez également profiter du paysage depuis le salon tout en vous relaxant et en sirotant une tasse de cacao chaud. Ou voulez-vous vous détendre dans un bain à remous? Le clubhouse à proximité comprend un bain à remous, une piscine, un sauna et plus encore. Vous ne pouvez pas vous passer d'activités en plein air? Vous pouvez sortir par la porte d'entrée et suivre le chemin des récréations en quelques secondes. Promenez-vous à pied ou à vélo sur le long chemin de rec qui s'étend sur des kilomètres. Easy to get to, parking was tight but I have a full size 3500 quad cab with a 8' box but still fit in the parking spot. I would stay there again

Responsive host, adequate place with all the needs for our family stay. Easy access to all local activities. Can't control the squeaky floors from above neighbors but that's a them thing.

Convenient location for all Ski Resorts!

Well maintained property on Lake Dillon! Convenient location for all area ski resorts with a nicely stocked kitchen, including a grill on the deck. Garage parking is bonus in the winter!

Great stay

We had a great trip. The condo was clean. The location was great, convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, and skiing. The only negative was the noise level of the people that lived upstairs, but that’s not their fault.

Great place to stay!

We were up for the pond hockey tournament. The location was perfect since the games were just below the condo on Lake Dillon. Having room for us all was great as well as the condo being very comfortable for relaxing, both inside and the hot tub/sauna. Would stay here again!

Everything was great, clean and friendly staff. Only issue was the clubhouse that housed the hot tub and sauna were “closed until further notice.” We get that there are problems sometimes but would’ve really liked to hear that ahead of time as that is a big selling point on a ski weekend and we maybe would’ve booked a different property or had a cheaper rate as we expect to use those facilities if they’re offered in the listing.

Great place to stay and perfect for our family

The property location was great, 2car covered parking and on 1st floor, close to I70 exit and shopping and restaurants. Our condo was well furnished with nice cookware and necessities. For our family it was just what we needed and we had a really nice stay here on spring break. Only downside was that the clubhouse was not available, not sure why, but we got my swim suits wet again at the Silverthorne Recreation Center.

Great stay with the guys

We loved the space on Dillon Reservoir. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. Great kitchen space and living room. The only drawback is parking. Parking is very tight at this location, especially with snow around. Bring smaller cars with a good turn radius.

Noisy neighbors

The property itself was excellent and enough room for our family. The only negatives were getting the code to get in as we needed it sent by text not email and super noisy neighbors late at night & early morning (upstairs we think). More insulation, maybe? Otherwise, great ski trip.

Great Location for Skiing

Great Condo as base camp for ski trip! Very close to Keystone and Breck, short drive to BC, Vail, Cooper, A-basin and Copper. Kitchen was stocked for all of our cooking needs! Beds were comfortable. Close to Dillon. Communication was easy and quick through texts. Condo is older, but is kept clean/tidy. Parking is very tight. Hot tub/club house is a bit of an outside walk. This is a bottom floor condo, so you can hear upstairs neighbors. Overall a great place, would stay here again!

Very nice condo lacking advertised amenities

Overall was a nice property but the advertised hot tub and sauna area was out of order and seemed to have been for quite a while, with a sign that stated "closed until further notice". These amenities were the reason we selected this property, and they should have been removed from the listing given that they are not available.

Great location

The place was clean, which is super important to me. The beds were comfortable, and the bed arrangements were exactly what we needed. The dishwasher's top rack was broken and so was the garbage can lid. I told the property manager, and they were happy to send someone out to fix them, which was great. Parking is tight, but doable. We could walk to the Tiki bar, amphitheater, Pugs Brewery, and Arapahoe Cafe & Pub. We really liked the pub downstairs. We walked there a couple of times for an adult beverage and Sunday we did their burger special. I would recommend this place!

Not 100% accurate listing

Listing had 3 hot tubs, steam room, and pool. There was just one hot tub. Contacted the manager to ask where the spa room with the two stand alone tubs were and they were not sure. We never found them and did look around the complex. Also washer/dryer is available for payment in garage and not included in the unit. The pillows were thin and hard, but the beds soft and comfy. The area overall was quiet other than the people above us who stomped around at all hours.

Dillon

Enjoyed it. Recommend new dresser in front BR as drawers fall to floor when opened. Mother in law stated bed covers didn’t seem cleaned. And I’d recommend having a little firewood there in condo for new guests. Don’t think anybody wants to go out looking for firewood at night in a new town after traveling across the country. Lastly I’d recommend better instructions for finding place. We couldn’t find it for a while cuz we were looking for 112 Marina Place which was the address most prominently displayed in listing.

Large vehicle parking inadequate

The unit was a great place to stay except for one issue. The parking is horrible for anything other than midsize SUV’s or small cars. We drive an F150 and had to jockey it around, fold in the mirrors and have a spotter on each side. Even with all that I still managed to put some scratches in it. If we had a second car with us we would not have had room. Would rent it again except for that issue. That is why I rated a four and not a five.
