Overpriced, very poor breakfast

This hotel is overpriced, the rooms are very shoddy, and the breakfast is a joke.

Our Stay

The hotel had an odd odor. There was a red stain on the bedspread. When we first arrived, I met the husband/owner? I offered to pay for the whole weekend right then. He said no, just 1 night. "we can deal with the rest later" So we went to our room, went out to dinner. Upon our return, my husband was met at the front door by the wife/Owner? Saying "You must pay everything now!" 1. I had just offered that and been told No 2. What hotel forces payment up front? 3. Wash the bedspreads 4. The husband seemed very friendly, Not so much with wife.

Great place and highly recommend

Our family stayed up here on Saturday night prior to the boys having a ski lesson at Copper the following day, so we could avoid the traffic. It was perfect, we enjoyed the ease of everything the Dillon Inn offered from check in to check out. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub and the continental breakfast saved us time in the morning as well. The service is great and the rooms are spacious and clean. We are staying up there again this weekend and we booked the Dillon Inn. Thank you

Great place to stay.

I am a female traveling alone on this trip and I felt completely safe staying at the hotel. It was very quiet, clean and all the amenities worked perfectly. The continental breakfast was more than just a sweet roll. There was fresh fruit, OJ, strong coffee in addition to a variety of breads and oatmeal. The pool was clean and the hot tub holds 6 - 8 people.

Good location but bed linens appeared dirty.

It was fine because I am not picky but the room seemed a bit dirty --especially the bedspread covers. No coffee in room and otherwise a little tired.

Good little place to stay.

Clean room and close to several restaurants and the Lake. Nice breakfast and easy access to the interstate. Staff was helpful and friendly. We needed needle and thread and they got one for us. We also asked for a couple of trash bags for laundry and they gave us extras. Good deal for the price.

Great Value

For the price; Dillon Inn is always clean. Great swimming pool and hot tub-not over used and always clean. Rooms have a fridge and microwave but basic in other amenities.

While the Dillon Inn is by no means the fanciest of inns, it's a great, super-quiet and less expensive place to stay during the ski season. The owners live on the premises and they're good folks. :-)

Indoor pool was so cold you could not swim in it. Also, the owner seemed annoyed by the guests. This is my third time to stay at this hotel and each time it is progressively worse. I Would not stay here again.

Worked very well

Great location for mountain sports. Staff were helpful and very accommodating during our 5-day stay. Gave us a choice of what room location would work best for us.

Terrible Owners

Family owned hotel and they are very rude. The owners had there son walking up and down the hallway looking for something to throw a guest out of there hotel after paying. We should of known at check in that there was going to be trouble when you walk into the hotel and the lobby looks like there personal living room. The son would put his ear up to the doors to hear if the TV was to loud or if he can hear coughing. They definitely stereo typed my family. My husband has long hair and I brought my teenage son and his girlfriend with us. I had a cold and we where laughing I guess to loud when we heard a very loud banging at the door. When I opened up the door, the owner was standing there with his son yelling at me and pointing to the door screaming at the top of his lungs that there is no smoking and he was going to charge my credit card $200 dollars for smoking. We were not smoking in the hotel room and i was really upset that he thought we were just because I had a cold and his son heard coughing and that my husband has long hair and thought we were smoking marijuana.

Fun Weekend Getaway

Great stay. Nice hotel at a reasonable price in a great location. It was great having the Dillon Dam Brewery next door and the bike trail is just down the street.

Dillon Inn

Great inexpensive hotel right in the heart of Dillon. Close to the reservoir and great views. And close to breweries, restaurants, shops, etc. It's not the Ritz, but it's comfortable and is everything we were looking for. Friendly staff too.
