Overall, the condo itself was decent and the views were absolutely gorgeous - truly the highlight of the stay. Waking up to such stunning scenery made the location feel special, and the unit generally had what we needed for a short stay.That said, there are a few areas where the unit could use some improvement. The carpet next to the kitchen has definitely seen better days, and the shower has a noticeable odor that unfortunately smelled a bit like urine. Also, the pull out sofa bed was quite uncomfortable, and only one thin blanket and a sheet was provided. If guests are staying in the winter months; it would be really helpful to have additional, warmer bedding available.The bigger issue during this stay, however, was the experience with the property management company,For weekend or after hours arrivals, guests are required to pick up the building key from the property management office which is in a different location since the doors are locked.When I arrived at the office to retrieve the key, it was not in the lockbox. I contacted support and waited and about 30 minutes later a local staff member text me to ask if I was still there. He then had me go into the office
