To maintain the quality of our space, please be mindful that smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.

As per County regulations, outdoor amplified music is not permitted in vacation rentals, contributing to a serene environment.

We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours, which are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM in this County, enhancing the peacefulness of the surroundings. Do not leave outside lights on overnight. The neighbors are very sensitive to light. And turn off all lights and thermostats before your departure.
Quiet Hours: We kindly request that noise levels are kept to a minimum after 10:00 pm to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.

Check-Out: Check-out time is at 11:00 am. Kindly inform us of your intended departure time so we can relay the information to our housekeepers. Before leaving, please load dishes into the dishwasher and start it, initiate a load of towels in the washing machine, and take out the trash. This helps us minimize cleaning expenses for guests. Please leave the property in a generally tidy condition.

Restrooms: We kindly request that only toilet paper be flushed down the toilet. Wet wipes, including those labeled as flushable, should not be flushed as they can clog the sewer system.

Food Items: Please refrain from disposing of food in the garbage disposal.

Smoking: Our property is strictly non-smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted only outside the home. Any smoking indoors, whether cigarettes or cannabis, will incur a $300 fine.

Candles: For safety reasons, the use of candles is prohibited within the premises.

Damage: Accidents can happen; please notify us immediately if anything is damaged so we can arrange for replacement or repair.

Utilities: We kindly ask you to turn off lights and lower thermostats when leaving the property to conserve energy.

Garbage: We request that guests who stay Monday night put the trash cans to the street. All 3 cans go out every week, unless they are empty. Please make sure they clips are in place or the raccoons will make a huge mess. Please pull the cans back in on Tuesday, if you are still at the home. Do not put trash in the green waste bin. This creates a huge mess that is difficult to clean. Also do not overfill the cans. They must close to keep the raccoons out.

Pets: Regrettably, pets are not permitted due to the property's carpeted nature.

Furniture: Please avoid rearranging furniture, as it can lead to damage and complicate the housekeeping process.

BBQ: In the event that the BBQ is left uncleaned after use, a $100 cleaning fee will be charged to your Airbnb account. This fee is necessary to ensure the space is ready and enjoyable for all guests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Lost Items: Take care not to leave any belongings behind, as we cannot package and ship forgotten items.

Appliances: Please refrain from unplugging any items within the home. Certain items control the door lock and doorbell, and unplugging them can cause issues. Never unplug the wireless router or modem to avoid disruptions to the door lock system.

Food, cards and fun with family!

The house was beautiful and clean except for windows. So much room and stocked well. Loved the ice-maker! First time ever the refrigerator was large and had plenty of room. Wish the lighting was better. Art deco decor and lights were just too fancy for cards and games. All and all a wonderful 8 days at Dillons.Thanks Ryker

Dillions never disappoints

Enjoyed escaping the valley heat. Fog rolled in but we saw a bit of ocean at arrival and departure along with rabbits, quail and deer. Took a quick trip to bodega tides restaurant. Nicks cove. Dinnuchis. And Dillions cafe. Ate yummy foods and drink - enjoyed our long weekend at your well appointed rental. Thank you For the kitchen map!

Relaxing Accommodations

The landscape was magical and the house was amazing. Communication with Ryker was prompt and helpful for all of our questions or needs. Although we had a small group staying at the house, there is more than enough room for a large group to enjoy the property. The house is well stocked and provided everything that we needed for the week.

Exacellent property for a family trip.

I was beyond happy with our beach rental. It was the perfect place for a family getaway. The view is something spectacular. We took my father, who had recently been diagnosed with cancer, for a last-minute beach trip. The owners are quick to answer any questions and address any issues. We were treated to so much wildlife watching just sitting in the deck. We can't wait to rent this property again. Thank you so very much.

Beautiful beach home.

Stunning home with breathtaking views. Enjoyed the electric fire pit on the balcony overseeing the ocean. Very spacious, more than enough room for family and friends. We all appreciated the well equipped kitchen with everything from the Nespresso machine to the chefs kitchen for extravagant dinners with a view. Not to mention the most beautiful private hike to the beach through a cattle ranch is a must! From cliffs to cows to the gorgeous ocean to reward yourself with at then end. Thank you for having us and hope to come back soon.

Beautiful house

Beautiful view, spacious open concept. Well stocked kitchen with rice cooker, slow cooker, blender, Nespresso coffee maker. 8 burner 2 oven stove. Many spices. Beds are comfortable but a little on the soft side. Owner was very responsive with questions.
