- Events are not permitted at this property. Maximum occupancy is 12 guests per HOA rules
- Driveway parking spaces are available for guests. We do not allow boats, campers, RV'S, trailers to park in the driveway at this vacation rental. Watch out for deer and occasional livestock on the road, especially in foggy conditions.

The house is part of a quiet, secure community with 24/7 patrols—peaceful, private, and safe.
- Fireplace Use: Please note that fireplace use is subject to Sonoma County burn regulations. On designated No-Burn Days, the fireplace may not be used.
When you stay at Farol, you're covered for any accidents that might happen up to $3,000. The $42 charge listed as a "management fee" on your quote covers your purchase of $3,000 of "all risk" damage protection coverage on your rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a security deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in the rental agreement.
