« When we first arrived we were given a room that had an air conditioner that rattled and the toilet ran incessantly. I complained and they moved us to a room next door. That room seemed okay, but I did not sleep well due to the hard mattress. When I tried to take a shower the water came out like a trickle. There wasn't any water pressure from the shower, at all.
