« Très bonne surprise que cet hôtel situé sur les hauteurs de Dilidjan. Il a des allures de chalet suisse car construit tout en bois. Decor très familial avec de nombreuses peintures. Belle et grande chsmbre avec balcon au décor désuet mais plein de charme. Comme il est loin de la route principale calme absolu. Personnel tres attentionné. Un petit déjeuner tres copieux et très varié. Possibilite de diner au restaurant de l'hôtel. »

« Excellent -- attentive, helpful and friendly -- staff!! My room was very clean and was kept clean during my 6 nights in the hotel. The restaurant was also excellent. There are three pools in this hotel, which is also impressive. I am more negative about three matters which are probably less relevant for most people. « We absolutely loved our stay!! Such a beautiful place to stay, so peaceful and you’re surrounded by nature. The staff were so attentive and kind, the room is spacious and we loved the special touch of breakfast being brought directly to us in a picnic basket every morning (at a time we’re asked to choose)! Since every room has its own picnic table outside, we got to sit and enjoy breakfast in such a calming way. Also, Gevorg was especially welcoming when we first arrived and we appreciated that...

« Overall the experience was good. The highlight was the complimentary breakfast. The rooms were okay. The bed was not good and bathroom needs improvement. For the price paid cannot complain much. Definetely a 3 Star experience. »
