« Hotel is a little oasis in a generally poorish grade,run down resort/beach location which has definitely seen better days. Limited to eating in hotel restaurant through lack of options nearby. Food in hotel quite expensive - menu perhaps too large/ ambitious = meals of average quality. Rooms very pleasantly arranged around a pretty pool - nice and clean and well serviced. « The hotel islocated in a very peaceful location. Having a car is highly advised as the resort is huge. Staff from the front desk to the restaurant were all very nice. The rooms were more than enough for one human being. Breakfast was plated but tasty. I highly recommend the milk fish. »

« on arrive dans un domaine éloigné de tout , très loin de la ville ,domaine privé très bien gardé , presque une prison…. on a pris un appartement pour une nuit pour 3 adultes, il y avait un grand lit et 2 canapés-lit fait plutôt pour une personne , pas confortable du tout pour une personne alors que dire pour deux!!! « on se croirait dans un chalet ....c'est très sympathique , bien reçu mais en étant 3 adultes avec un lit d'appoint , c'était un peu juste au niveau de la place et on a voulu nous faire payer l'extra- bed alors que c'était inclus. On a eu une belle chambre donnant sur un beau panorama avec le lac... Hôtel récent , vient d'ouvrir il y a 6 mois »

« The Breakfast Buffet is delicious, a lot of food to choose from. The staff are very nice and helpful. View from the room is phenomenal (stayed by the beachfront 4th floor). Enjoyed riding the Banana Boat and walking on the floatable island. »

« Good hotel but it’s far from the city proper. Every time we need to eat and shop we have to take a taxi which additional to our budget. The restaurant in the hotel closes early and at breakfast there’s not much choice. Otherwise, have a nice view of the horizon including the Taal volcano. »

« What I did not like the most was the musty smell of the room. Did not bother to ask for room change as it will take a lot of time. Note that the smell stuck on my shirt after I woke up the next day. Also, the receptionist who took charge of our room assignments did not allow us for the three (3) rooms to be beside each other for the reason that they were not from the same booking.
