« I recently stayed at this property in the heart of Chaguanas and had a pleasant experience. The neighborhood is safe and conveniently located, making it easy to explore the area. Having a private parking lot was a definite plus, especially in such a central location. The space was clean and cozy—perfect for a short stay. However, it might be a bit small for longer visits or business trips where more room is needed, which is why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. Overall, I recommend this place...

« The host was very welcoming and accommodating. He was available to answer any questions and deal with any issues we had. The property and appliances needs updating. One bedroom had an oder for the whole length of our stay. We had to leave the door open so the smell wouldn't be so strong.One of the bathrooms had small ants so every evening we had to use bug spray to kill them. »

« Glendon has a beautiful home that is surrounded by a secured gate and protected with an alarm system. Her home easily accommodated my 20 family members and friends, who came on our trip, and could’ve easily accommodated to additional guest for a total of 22. Her cooking is amazing, there is a neat surprise that the entire family will enjoy in the backyard, and she was a wealth of information, including helping to know the best places to go and securing transportation. The house looked like a family was there and had just checked out, and the place was not cleaned. We arrived at 2 am, so decided to stay. The kitchen was very dirty, the stove looked like it had never been cleaned, the sink had old food in the pipes, the window above the kitchen sink had food stains.
