Thank you for choosing our estate. Please respect the home, grounds, amenities, and surrounding community throughout your stay.

Guests and Gatherings
Only registered guests may access the property unless additional visitors have been approved in advance.

Gatherings, celebrations, meetings, retreats, photography, filming, productions, commercial activity, or any use involving additional visitors require prior written approval. Additional fees, deposits, insurance, cleaning, security, staffing, or other requirements may apply.

Approval of the home for overnight accommodations does not constitute approval for a gathering or event. Unauthorized gatherings, parties, visitors, or commercial use may result in additional charges and termination of the reservation.

Property Care
Please treat the mansion, furnishings, décor, appliances, grounds, and amenities with care. Furniture and décor may not be moved, removed, or rearranged without approval.
Guests are responsible for damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, stains, odors, landscaping damage, or other costs caused by their group or approved visitors.

Smoking and Prohibited Activities
No indoor smoking or vaping. Illegal substances and unlawful activity are prohibited.
Fireworks, open fires, hazardous materials, and other activities that create an unreasonable fire or safety risk are prohibited anywhere on the estate.

Pets
Pets require prior written approval. Approved pets must remain under the guest`s control, and guests are responsible for waste removal and any pet-related cleaning or damage. Additional pet fees or deposits may apply.

Children and Amenities
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Use of the pool, basketball court, grounds, driveways, walkways, recreational areas, and other amenities is at the guest`s own risk. Please use all amenities responsibly and only for their intended purpose.

Restricted Areas and Security
Locked closets, storage areas, maintenance spaces, equipment areas, and areas marked private are not available to guests.
Do not tamper with cameras, security equipment, locks, alarms, internet equipment, utilities, pool equipment, or mechanical systems.
Access and gate codes are for registered guests only and may not be shared with unauthorized visitors. Please secure all doors and windows when leaving the property.

Parking
Park only in designated areas and keep gates, driveways, neighboring access points, and emergency access routes clear. Buses, RVs, trailers, commercial vehicles, and other oversized vehicles require prior approval.

Maintenance and Damage
Report damage, maintenance concerns, safety issues, or emergencies promptly through the booking platform. Please do not attempt repairs or modifications yourself.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Outdoor activity, music, and noise must remain at a respectful level and may not disturb surrounding properties.

Responsibility and Safety
Guests are responsible for themselves, their registered party, and any approved visitors while on the property. Use of the estate and its amenities is voluntary and at the user`s own risk. The property owner and management are not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Rule Violations
Serious or repeated violations, including unauthorized parties, visitors, commercial activity, or misuse of the property, may result in additional charges, termination of the reservation, removal from the property, and claims for resulting damages.
