« At check-in, they kept us waiting 30 minutes to inspect the room, even though we arrived around 8PM! When we got to the room, there was no towel, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and the water hose was ripped! They brought us towels at 11:00 pm, when we were already in bed. Also, the water heater was off, and we ended up realizing we had to turn it on ourselves after having a cold shower!!! The only positive was that the room was clean! »

« We had reserved this hotel in advanced, selecting a specific room category. However, upon arrival, after driving more than two and a half hours to reach the resort, we were informed that the room we had booked and paid for was no longer available. « Hôtel très proche autoroute. Chambre petite et peu Confortable. Au vu du prix ça ne va pas du tout on se serait attendu à une expérience un minimum luxueuse. »
