I was physically attacked by the manager of this hotel. He became very aggressive when I offered to pay with an international card but he only accepts cash or UPI. When I wanted to get cash for him, he refrained me from taking by bags in the car. When I tried to leave, he grabbed me at the throat and scratched my arm. When I left one bag behind to get cash, he locked up the driver and took his keys and phone. Sunny, the manager, is a dangerous man and I warn you to stay away from the hotel. Below are photos of black spot and scratches he caused. When I reached out to Expedia, the case manager said he could not help me file a complaint against Sunny.
Dirtiest hotel I've ever been in. Staff was friendly, but the room was filthy. I had to ask them to change the sheets. Aside from the brown and yellow stains all over there was a ton of hair, some of which looked like pubic hair all over the sheets and pillow cases. The towel had dried crusty bits of food on it. Probably from someones pewk and not properly cleaned off. Floors looked like they were never mopped ever, atleast not in weeks. Smelled like tobacco, pewk, and human body odor all in one. Do not stay here.
The hotel was very comfortable and well situated. Hotel staff was very friendly and helping nature. Hotel is very close to the Dalai Lama temple. Lots of lovely restaurants close by too. The hotel was very clean and modern. The breakfast was also good. I would definitely revisit this hotel and recommend to my friends.
