Lovely Two Bedroom Condo with Stunning Bay Views

From the minute you walk into this attractive, nicely decorated, spacious, dog friendly, (there is an additional fee to include your pup) 2BR, 2BA, condo located in the fabulous Residences of Light House Cove, you'll feel ready to relax! This unit's large open floor plan, allows plenty of space to spread out, including a well-equipped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances. The master suite has a king sized bed, private access to the balcony, and a smart TV. The second bedroom boasts a comfortable queen bed, with a bathroom/tub nearby for the kids. Also ideal for older family members, this one floor unit has a master bath, with a double vanity, and and a walk-in, custom tiled, shower. The living room sofa creates extra sleeping space, and can be folded out to a queen bed. For your convenience, there's also a stackable washer/dryer. Begin your day at the building's fitness center, and afterward cool off poolside, with the use of indoor/outdoor pools. The Residences has elevators for easy access, back and forth to the beach, and (2) private parking spots, located in the building's parking garage. Step outside, and you will be within walking distance to the beach, and popular Dewey Beach eateries and nightspots. If you prefer the bay, just behind the building is a sandy beach, where you can unwind, and enjoy the serene water view.

There are a lot of similar listings in the building, and this is one of the best. Robin was incredibly helpful, the unit was just as advertised, and the beds and couch are super comfy. Would stay again.

Beautiful condo

Everything about our stay was perfect! Condo was super clean, stocked with essentials and towels so we didn’t have to bring the entire house. Close to multiple restaurants, view of the bay and a quick 2 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely rent again!

Awesome location, beautiful condo

We loved our stay at Dewey Beach to visit with family! We had a grandfather, two parents and 2 kids ages 8 and 4 - and everyone had a great time. The condo was clean and lovely with a nice balcony. We really liked being able to walk downstairs to the bay, have a very quick walk to the beach acrosd the street, and ALSO have both the indoor and the outdoor pools. So much to do. Host was quick to respond to questions. Once we arrived we parked in the garage and then just walked everywhere during our stay - including out for dinner, ice cream coffee shop, etc. Finding the condo and the parking spot were pretty complicated so follow the directions closely. With so many units I suppose that this to be expected and I don't think there's anyway around it!

Beautiful Dewey Getaway

The space is perfect - room to spread out but easy to keep clean. Loved the view from the balcony and the neighborhood was relatively quiet. Easy walk to the ocean or there is a sand space out back to enjoy. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and parking the garage was a breeze. This was great for a multiple adult vacation but would definitely come back with our kids. All necessary kitchen utensils are available and all appliances are well maintained and updated.

My wife and I attended the wedding of my brother in law and then planned on spending a few days in Rehobeth Beach. The newlyweds decided to join us! Nice view of the bay from this balcony and close to the elevator. Very nice!

Great location

We loved our recent stay at this condo. The space was clean and nicely decorated. The location is perfect, everything you need is within walking distance, the beach, shops, and restaurants. We’ve stayed at this location several times and wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Dewey!

Highly recommended. This was the perfect place for 2 couples to enjoy the Rehoboth Beach Jazz Festival weekend. The Rusty Rudder, one of the venues, is right across the street! The owner, Robin, is very responsive and extremely accommodating! Would definitely come back again next year.

The location for this was perfect. Extremely cleaned and safe. Loved being able to have the ocean one block away and the bay even closer. My kid loved the pool and we enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony and relaxing nights in a large space. Will definitely be coming back

Great place but confusing to find unit

Enjoyed our stay and I just had some difficulty finding the place once we found it we figured out how to get in and out the best way. Would recommend more signs in the hallway to help.

Nice unit

The units in the Hyatt condos are all laid out the same, but some have better views and feel cozier. I would say this is one of them. Enjoyed the bay view and defiantly had a nice cozy feel to the unit. It was well equipped, and we enjoyed our short stay.

Best stay ever in the heart of Dewey

My husband and I come to Dewey about once a month and always stay in hotels. This time we traveled without dog and decided to rent this condo . An amazing place to stay, with wonderful hosts

My family visited Diane’s place in Dewey. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The hosts were welcoming and offered very clear instructions, so the process was a breeze. The location of the apartment is two blocks away from the beach and less than 300 feet away from the bay. It has great views. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great Location with Nice Accomodations

This was a wonderful place for my family and I to stay for our beach vacation. Walking distance from the beaches, a pool, deck by the water, near lots of places to eat, working AC, parking garage, and much more. We loved it! And our hosts were very responsive and accommodating, which proved essential since the building is a little complicated to navigate.

Family Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. It is a block from the ocean and the bay beach is right outside. Includes indoor parking, which made loading and unloading the car easy. The heated outdoor pool opened early for the season so we were able to take advantage of using it on our last day. Tables, chairs and Grills outside are available for use and the kitchen in the unit is stocked well for a perfect getaway. Both bedrooms were large and 2 bathrooms a bonus. TV's in all rooms and the balcony was nice to relax and listen to live music playing nearby but once inside the unit, super quiet. We walked to nearby places for lunch and dinner, don't really need to move your car unless you want to drive to another beach or shopping which was really easy leaving the property. The property manager and owners were super quick to respond to questions.
