« First time staying at this property and was a great experience. It's in the same building as the Dewey Beach Yacht Club in the Marina (We weren't sure if we staying in a room or on a boat at first lol). We got in a little early and we were able to get in the apt at 3:30 instead of 4pm. Property was as described and very clean. Looked like it had been remodeled, although the ceiling looked like it some had noticable water damage in the past as joints were peeling and the 2nd BR had a small hole...

We all felt like we had room to spread out. The bunk room is great for kids and we had several that fit in there perfectly. The 4th lock-off bedroom was also nice and quiet and gives a bit of separation needed for an older couple or 20-somethings that night be out later than the rest of the group. And its...

« We have stayed here several times and this is the first time I could not give 5 stars. We truly love staying here, there is so much to like. However, the following are genuine observations versus criticism and meant to help with keeping this a great place to stay. 1. Balcony = just enough room to sit outside with two chairs and a whopping great fan the sound of a jet engine constantly turning off and on right next to it. 2. Fan = noise permeating into the room so much we had to turn the...
