Dewey Splendor Pool and Beach!

Welcome to the Residences at Lighthouse Cove, Unit #421, in Dewey Beach. Get ready to relax and enjoy this luxurious, spacious condo. This beautiful 2BR, 2 BA unit, sleeps 6 comfortably, and allows plenty of room to spread out in the tastefully decorated, open concept, which highlights a well-appointed kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, and granite island for additional dining space. The living room features a fireplace, and smart T.V. Upon entering the large master suite, you'll sleep on a comfortable king bed, and have access to your own personal balcony with serene views of the Delaware Bay. The gorgeous master bathroom combines a stunning custom tile shower, and double vanity. The lay out of the second bedroom includes a full bed with trundle/twin easy access to the hallway's full bathroom with a tub/shower combination, great for kids. The Residences of Light House Cove is loaded with great amenities, including a fitness room, indoor/outdoor pools, and private beach area just off the bay. The building's elevators add in making the short trip back and forth to the beach easy. Located in the vicinity of award winning restaurants, night spots, and famous Grotto Pizza, get ready to experience what the Dewey Beach buzz is about!

One of our first requirements was to have a short walk to the beach because we have a toddler. It was wonderful to walk right across the street to enjoy the beach. The condo was lovely, roomy, and well maintained. Any concerns were quickly addressed by the very efficient management. We definitely would stay again at this place.

Great time at Dewey Beach

The condo was lovely--easy access to the ocean and bay. It was very clean and top of the line accommodations.Fireworks from our balcony on the 4th were awesome!We had some great dinners and enjoyed the time with our daughter and granddaughter.

We had a fabulous stay at the condo. It's spacious, clean and comfortable with lovely views of the bay and beach. Easy walking distance to everything in Dewey.

Very clean nice location

Very clean condo and lovely 4th floor location with a balcony. Especially wonderful if you have small children/toddlers, the bay and ocean are all local walking distance as well as great restaurants. Experienced a small issue with the indoor keys not accessing the closest first floor hotel fitness center and indoor pool, but the property manager was quick to respond and provide an alternative access point. Rehobeth is just 5 minutes away with tons to do. We are from the Philly area and have never visited the Delaware beaches, so this was a nice change.

Beautiful condo!

We stayed here for a few nights and it was perfect! Beautifully decorated and it was spotless! Location was perfect and walkable to all of downtown Dewey and 1 block to the beach.

Time of our lives!

We loved every waking second we spent in Dewey, and Robin made sure that our stay was simply perfection. Communication was on point, and we will definitely be coming back for me. 5/5 thank you for the memories we made that we’ll carry with us for a lifetime!

Beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. Perfectly located between the ocean and bay with pretty views of both (mainly bay). Kitchen is wonderful and spacious and would probably be great to cook in, but we chose to eat out all week. Lighthouse restaurant on premises had a gorgeous bay/marina view and really great food. Rusty Rudder across the street had great live music, fabulous view and good bar food. Nalu just across Route 1 also had some great live music and decent food. Dewey Post around the corner on Route 1 had great, inventive brunch foods and drinks (no view of water but charming atmosphere and both indoor and outdoor seating). Infinity pool was gorgeous and refreshing with plenty of seating. We had between two and six guests throughout the week (all adults). Six was a little much but not bad if you like your company! I’d say 4 is probably ideal. The two included parking spaces were great. Our other guests paid $25 per day per car on the ParkMobile app while they were there. Not bad. I highly recommend! Felt like home.

Great location and amenities

Condo is in a great location! Pool is nice and the bay beach is only a few steps away. The ocean is just down the block. Condo has all the basics, just need to bring your beach accessories and toiletries. We stayed on the 4th of July and had an amazing view of the Dewey fireworks right from the balcony. We could also see Rehoboth and Lewes fireworks from afar.

Fantastic Week!

I had a fantastic week at the beach staying in this condo! The place is beautiful with great amenities and a great location. Diane, George and Robin were great owners and made my stay wonderful. I would stay here again and will recommend to family and friends. I truly needed a week away and this luxurious condo located in the heart of Dewey Beach provided that and so much more. TY:)
