« This place is a total home run. You pull through the locking gate and immediately see how much parking space there is. Plenty of room for all your cars, trailers, RVs, whatever. « Located steps from Hola! And just across the bridge from the general store we thoroughly enjoyed cabin 4. It was in the 90s while we were there but the cabin stayed cool despite there being no a/c. We stayed two nights it was a quick but great getaway. On the way home we stopped at Suttle lake, rented a kayak, a paddle board and swam and then had a bite to eat. Before the drive back. »

« On this one, the reality of the setting was so true to the marketing photos, simply amazing. The lovely little cabin could use a window air conditioning unit. A small unit upstairs would take care of the entire cabin. Our issue with the internet upon arrival was instantly solved. Finally, checkout at 11 is a little early for such an expensive property. Noon seems more appropriate. Checkout time notwithstanding, I would come back for sure; maybe in the fall next time. »

« Perfect cabin for 4 adults, excellent location. We got lucky with the weather for an early spring trip, it was perfect weather. The cabin is fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes and utensils but if you don’t want to cook just walk a few steps to Hola! »

« My hubby and I had a lovely and relaxing weekend at this sweet little cabin on the river. The cabin had everything we needed, including a back porch for sitting and soaking in the Metolius River and surrounding woods. We really enjoyed the near by river trails. We will be back. »

« A longtime friend of mine came out for a visit after being away for 8 years. We hiked in the morning and drank wine by the magical Metolius on the cabin deck wrapped in blankets at night. It's a wonderful porch and spacious cabin for 2. The kitchen is the best outfitted kitchen I have ever been in for a VRBO property. Everything was organized and easy to find. Beds comfy. Birds were active and entertaining to watch in the morning on that porch (again!) while having morning coffee. Love this...

« Overall we enjoyed our stay. It would have been perfect except for a couple minor details. The house was freezing cold on our arrival on Friday night. The bathroom only had one bath towel for two adults for two nights. No soap at any of the wash basins. Ignoring this, it was a lovely place to get away. We were provided with Duraflane logs and had a cozy fire. »
