« Cindy a the office was a very lovely lady who made booking in a breeze. The room was very clean as was the park itself. The room had everything I needed and even had an upright fridge, a microwave and oven toaster and outside was a private undercover area with a picnic table and bbq. The room I stayed in didn’t have a bathroom but it took me literally about 12 steps to the toilets and shower with a locked passcode. Highly recommend »

« Emplacement idéal au bord de la plage et à proximité des restaurants, du cinéma et du supermarché. En revanche le prix est élevé par rapport aux services (pas de ménage en 4 jours, serviettes de plage payantes et réception jusqu'à 18h seulement) et l'ambiance "club de vacance" (familles avec nombreux enfants bruyants) ne permet pas de profiter des installations (piscine et barbecue). Hôtel à déconseiller pour un séjour au calme. »

« The property itself was fine. However Expedia photos show a water view which was not the case with the room. Check-in was delayed because the room was not cleaned.(around 30 minutes). Rubbish was placed in paper shopping bags at the end of the corridor near entrance to the room over night (possibly by other guests but not cleared by staff) which was not ideal. »

« We had a 2 bedroom unit and it was very spacious and clean. The shower was small, but sufficient and the beds were comfy. The pool looked like such fun, but too cold just now. »

« Disappointing Stay – Not as Advertised We recently stayed overnight at Serenity on the Terrace in Mandurah and were very disappointed. Unfortunately, the property looks nothing like the photos advertised online. It is extremely outdated and in poor condition. There were patches of paint all over the walls, ripped curtains, and the couch was dirty and smelt strongly of mould, which made the place feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. The air conditioning upstairs was also very average and...
