« Lors de notre arrivée, l'hôtel avait donné nos chambres réservées à d'autres et ils n'avaient plus de chambres disponibles.La dame à l'accueil(Sibongile)n'avait aucune envie de nous aider.Elle n'a témoigné aucune empathie, aucune recherche de solution. Nous avons exigé qu'elle tel à la responsable ( Regine Eaton)qui n'a pas daigné nous parler non plus. JAMAIS vu un tel manque de professionnalisme. Hôtel indigne d'apparaître sur un site professionnel.A éviter à tout prix!!! »

« We booked a 2 twin-bedded rooms but were given 2 rooms with double beds instead. This was not good, but 1 room was bedding was subsequently changed, and the twin beds emerged. Rooms were clean overall, although the sink in one room was not very clear, and water emptied slowly. »

« This hotel can do for a stopover, but I would not recommend it for a stay. We stopped in this hotel for one night on our way North. The extensive construction work in the area and the poor lighting made it difficult to find the place. The hotel itself was ok, but nothing special.
